Motype is a powerful animated text generator for Final Cut Pro, Motion, Final Cut Express and Adobe After Effects by Yanobox, the latest company to deliver innovative visual effects with FxFactory.
Motype lets you create complex animations in minutes, thanks to a powerful motion mixer that does away with keyframing. An intuitive set of parameters lets you configure motion blur, per-character particle emitters, randomized characters, 3D camera and environment.

One Plug-in, four hosts
Works in your favorite editing/compositing applications with the same interface. Thanks to FxFactory, Motype run in After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Motion and Final Cut Express, and let's you share presets across all these hosts.

Motion Mixer
Mix geometric transformations and properties that define the motion of the characters. The Motion mixer allows you to animate without keyframes.

Random Characters
Add rhythm and a jump cut effect to your titles with differents style of random characters and symbols.
You can also create your own character table to be randomized.

Trailing blur
Motion blur simulates the blur created by fast-moving objects. Motype’s Trailing blur uses this principle, but gives you more control to use motion blur and smear effects in a creative way.

Per Letters Particles
Assign particles streams to Characters. Particles can be defined to act as a dynamic background or to follow the text animation. Emitters are fully adjustable over direction and time to provide soft coat or an explosive impact on the text.

3D Camera
Apply camera movements to the stage.With the auto-animate option, you can quickly create stunning traveling on a particular axis during the animation.

Cyclorama
Light the background and achive varied looks with the build in cyclorama that can show spotlights and textures.
